Dr. Krystian Tkaczewski graduated from University of Hartford with The Honor Regents Award, awarding him as the best graduating doctoral candidate. Dr. Tkaczewski is frequently invited to adjudicate at international competitions and music festivals, such as: Osaka International Music Competition, International Russian Music Piano Competition, Chopin International Piano Competition and Hong Kong Youth Piano Open Competition. He has concertized in over 30 countries. He was featured as a soloist with Polish Radio Orchestra during 50th Anniversary of Society of Polish Artist Musicians gala in Royal Castle in Warsaw, also with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Polish Radio Orchestra, Wroclaw Philharmonic Orchestra and the Leopoldinum Orchestra.
Dr. Tkaczewski is highly regarded as a guest artist in Universities and as lecturer of masterclass. His unique presentation on Chopin Mazurkas attracted numerous music institutions around the world.
Dr. Tkaczewski was awarded proclamations for his contribution to the cultural heritage from Governor of Connecticut, Secretary of State of Connecticut, Mayor of Hartford. He received the prestigious Congressional Recognition in honor of “inspiring pianists throughout the world with the music of Chopin.” Dr. Tkaczewski also received the prestigious “Extraordinary Ability in Arts” in America. In 2015, he also received the prestigious title - The Ambassador of Tarnow, from Minister of Culture of Poland for promoting Polish music and culture.
Stéphanie Franke is one of Vienna and Swedens brightest stars on the international scene. With all honors of Master degree and Postgraduate diploma from Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu, Stéphanie Franke has been invited to many famous festivals and concerts around the world beyond Vienna and Sweden. She also studied at Academia Marshall, Kungliga Musikhögskolan and at Prayner Konservatorium in Vienna.
She has been rewarded numerous prestigious scholarships, and won prizes at many international competitions around the globe, both as a soloist and chamber musician. She has performed as a soloist with different orchestras, and has done world premieres of compositions dedicated to her by contemporary composers. The latest in 2015, with a composition from V.Estapé.
Stéphanie Franke has given concerts through-out Sweden, as well as in Spain, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland and USA. She has toured extensively and performed in amazing halls like: Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Ehrbar-Saal, Konserthuset Stockholm, Berwaldhallen, Teatro de la Opera del Liceu, Palau de La Música, WMP Concert hall, etc. She is often described as unique for her great musicianship and fantastic ability to touch the listeners at their deepest emotions.
